In The Studio This week is Emily Musolf from Heian Karate Do. We are learning more about Kitsune Defense which is a Nonprofit Martial Arts, Self-Defense & Empowerment Academy in Flushing. Heian Karate Dos vision is to provide an environment for healing, empowerment, and life reclamation through self-protection and martial arts to children, teens and adults affected by violence and mistreatment.
