This week Stephanie K and Jay welcome Carrie Chanter and Russell Hill to the podcast.  Carrie Chanter is the Director of Prevention at Genesee Health Systems and Russell Hill is from the Genesee Community Health Center  Genesee Community Health Center installed a Narcan and fentanyl testing strips vending machine at the MTA's downtown Flint Transit Center.
